Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. She had already won four other fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectation. She was happy with her placement. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. First, she warms up and then moves on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
